Niki was born to Jeffrey and Nelida DeMartino, both dentists, and grew up alongside her twin sister, Gabriella (Gabi), older sister, Alex, and younger brother, Anthony. She attended Notre Dame High School in Easton, Pennsylvania, and later enrolled at DeSales University, majoring in television and film. However, she left college after her junior year to pursue a career in entertainment.
